I almost missed it... The Seedcamp promo video is online!
We (Alberto & Daniel) are featuring all around. The infamous Seedcamp breakfast (Brownies and coffee) is there also.
We have been in London pitching our project to VCs and Mentors for all
the week, at this point we are a little exhausted. Mainly perhaps
because we were working yesterday night/morning for our presentation
until 5AM for our todays competition at 10:45 in the morning. I think
we are very proud about the presentation and judge response, even if
tomorrow won't be "winners" we have done a great job and networking,
and wonderful things have come during the week. For example one of the
unexpected things happened was to make our team stronger, when Henry
joined the project last days.
We have enjoyed so much Kensington is
such a lovely place full of 3 million pounds flats, Aston Martins,
Porsches and few Lamborginis. But specially places like Queens Arms by
the Imperial College and the Whole Market sushi restaurant made our
stay even more comfortable.
Tonight we have been invited to some
"secret" Techcrunch party at some luxury private place in West London,
it's secret because we still don't know the address.
More to come tomorrow.
We are preparing ourself for an intensive week in London. Polishing our laptops stickers, sweeping our memory cards and printing homemade business cards between other important tasks before landing British lands.
2 years living in Germany have totally crippled my English language skills to have a sophisticated chat without looking like a Spanische-guy-speaking-like-a-deutschen-wurst (don't hate me Steffi :). So because we are a little concerned about our English, Daniel and me (Alberto) we have agreed to speak only in English for our work stuffs.
We will arrive London on next Sunday morning so we are open for meeting with anyone who wish (seedcampers or not) like an unofficial pre-seedcamp informal meeting for sharing experiences and networking. Just drop me a line at alberto from tagmore dot com.
Yes, we made it! Tagmore have been selected between 268 projects to be one of the 20 lucky teams to assist Seedcamp 2007. That was a competition to be the best in a group of 14 teams.
Now we will have the opportunity during a week in London to pitch our business in front of the most relevant founders, entrepreneurs, VCs and experts from technology-enabled and Internet business of the world.
What is Tagmore in 3 words? Mobile Object Hyperlinking. More to come :)
Tomorrow I will tell you why I'm so happy at 1:00 CET in night! (and it's anything about sex)
